The Fall Family Fair 2022 was a huge success! Lisa Itzkowitz, who handles the library’s Community Relations/Marketing/Communications reports:”Hundreds of members of the community filled the Library for a day of family fun. The theater was filled to capacity for the magic show, and the lobby and children’s room were packed with happy faces playing carnival games, making costumes, drawing manga art, dancing and posing for photos with Spider-Man, and waiting patiently for the coolest balloon sculptures. And teens had a blast participating in the video game tournament on the “big screen” in the theater. “The costumed kiddos were matched by the library staffers who also took the “Super Hero” theme to heart! The NRPL Foundation was delighted to sponsor this fantastic event — many thanks to the library staff who made it all happen!
