Join us for our popular Cocktails & Conversation featuring internationally recognized sociologist and bestselling author, Eric Klinenberg, joined by the Honorable Noam Bramson, Mayor of New Rochelle and moderator, Dr. Amy Bass, Professor of History at the College of New Rochelle.

The discussion will center on Eric’s most recent book, Palaces for the People, a New York Times Book Review Editors’ Choice and an NPR Best Book of 2018.  Palaces for the People offers an inspiring blueprint for rebuilding our fractured society and recognizes the important role of libraries in this effort.

The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Alvin & Friends, 14 Memorial Highway,
