A Reimagined 2nd Floor – Phase 2 – Upgrades the Heart of Our Library

Phase 2 of this forward-looking project is happening now, creating individual study rooms, an updated Teen Room and Handelman Business Opportunity Center as well as better lighting, new carpeting and other needed improvements. This project also adds climate control for our E.L. Doctorow Local History Room
